These movies continue the tradition started by Sam Raimi and Stan Lee, who created the comic book world. If you enjoy high fantasy and the amazing visual effects of Spiderman, X-Men, Fantastic Four, and the Avengers, then these films are perfect for you.

Iron Man is one of the most successful films in this series with its incredible action and gripping plot. The storyline revolves around industrial sabotage, which leads to the creation of an all new, stronger Iron Man. The success of the comic book series is owed to the extensive use of special effects, special locations, and the talent of the director and screenwriter Robert Rodriguez and screenwriter Dan Gilvelli.

The Fantastic Four

One of the biggest surprises at the box office last summer was The Fantastic Four. This four-part film series featured up to four characters that were created from the pages of the hit comic book Marvel comics. It is set up around the same time as the original comic book series and follows the team of Fantastic Four as they try to resolve the mystery of the past and future. This film did open up new markets for the filmmaker as it traveled well to become a blockbuster for the studio.

Spiderman is one of the most popular superheroes in the comics today. It takes place in New York City, where Peter Parker goes while being adopted as a nanny by a family named Ben. He soon gets bitten by a spider and has to go to the hospital. From there he is bitten by another spider and becomes infected with the spider venom which renders him powerless. He is saved by the wonder spider, Mary Jane, who uses her power to make Peter Parker paraplegic.

Wolverine

Wolverine is another of the top selling comic books today. This is a pure man vs. monster movie that showcases the tension between the good guy, Logan (Hugh Jackman), and the evil villain, Logan (played by director James Mangold). In the course of the film, we see the two characters cross paths a number of times, mostly in the future, but some in the past. Both actors deliver convincing performances. The third entry in the series, Iron Man, is due out in theaters next year.

This movie’s star studded cast includes Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark, Guy Pierce as Rhode Island’s hero, Rhodey, and Scarlett Johansson as Dr. Susan Storm. This movie had a lot of hype surrounding it, and understandably so. The trailers were incredible. People are dying to see this movie when it comes to theaters. In order to take full advantage of the success of these comic book superhero movies, many comic book stores have created a line of comics based on the film franchises.

Conclusion

These comic books focus on the characters from the films, while giving a background or supplement to the stories. Often, they are superior in both style and content to the movie versions. While the movies have huge fan bases, there is no doubt that there are huge numbers of people who do not have any comic books. In order to meet that need, comic book stores have created a wide variety of downloadable versions of the most popular films and storylines. These range from monthly to yearly subscriptions. They also provide a wealth of information about the superheroes, including collectible and non-collectible versions.
